Text first. Apply anyway. Say “no” with your whole chest. Courage is a muscle—and yours needs a workout.

4. Create Before You Consume

Before you scroll, write something. Paint something. Make a plan. Or just put on pants. That counts too.

5. Celebrate Ridiculous Wins

Drank water? YES. Didn’t cry in public today? ICON. You’re building momentum, one tiny miracle at a time.

You don’t need a new life. You need new habits, better self-talk, and maybe a snack.
