3 Questions You Must Ask Yourself to Unlock Your Full Potential

You’re not a potato. (Unless you want to be. No judgment.) You’re a complicated, brilliant, slightly sleep-deprived human with potential. Like, full-blown “you could rule a small kingdom or finally clean the junk drawer” potential. But first—ask yourself this:

1. “What Do I Actually Want… or Have I Just Been Trying to Impress My High School Nemesis?”
Sometimes we chase things we think we want, but really we just want validation from someone who once stole our seat in chemistry class. Get clear. Get weirdly honest. Ask your inner 8-year-old self what made you feel most alive (spoiler: it probably wasn’t spreadsheets).

2. “What’s One Thing I’d Try If I Knew I Couldn’t Fail or Fall on My Face in Front of Everyone?”
Fear is a liar in a trench coat. If failure wasn’t an option, what would you do? (Besides finally attempt a sourdough starter that doesn’t grow sentience.) That’s the direction to look toward—even if it terrifies you. Especially if it terrifies you.

3. “Am I Waiting for Permission That I Don’t Actually Need?”
You are not a raccoon asking for snacks. You don’t need permission to go after your weird, magical dreams. Build the thing. Start the thing. Be the thing. You’re allowed. You always were.

Bottom line:
Unlocking your full potential doesn’t mean becoming someone else. It means getting back to the badass, slightly weird, ridiculously capable person you already are. (Now go do the thing. Or take a nap first. Both are valid.)
