6 Rules I Learned To Never Procrastinate Again.
Being disciplined isn’t hard (I hate it). Here are the 7 rules I learned to never procrastinate again.

1. Become Your Dream Person
Stop saying “I need to…” Start saying “I am someone who…”
Example: “I’m a writer.” Not “I should write.”
Why: Identity drives action. Not motivation
2. Never Miss Twice
Skip a habit? Cool, can happen. Skip it twice? That’s how chaos starts.
Example: Skipped gym Monday? Show up Tuesday, no excuses.
Why: One bad day is fine. Two is a pattern.
3. Stack Your Do-To List
Build micro-habits on top of each other. Example: Brush teeth -> 10 squats -> 1 journal sentence.
Why: Small wins stack fast. Momentum > motivation.
4. Visual Wins
Track it or trash it. Example: X every day on your wall calendar = dopamine.
Miss a day? Restart the chain.
Why: Progress you can see is progress you’ll keep.
5. Environment Wins
Design your space to help you win.
Example: workout clothes by your bed. No Insta on your phone during work hours.
Why: Don’t rely on willpower. Build systems.
6. Reset In 60
Screwed up? Cool. You’ve got 60 seconds to bounce back.
Example: Ate junk? Walk for 1 minute, drink water now.
Why: Guilt spirals. Interrupt fast.
